Accurate and reliable pulse characterization is vital for many ultrafast applications. Mainly, precise pulse characterization is essential in laser source development, where various effects on the pulse formation, propagation, and its properties, such as pulse duration and bandwidth, need to be continuously monitored and thoroughly investigated.

GECO and TIPA autocorrelators are designed for ultrashort pulse duration measurements. GECO is the preferred solution for daily measurements of medium- and high-repetition-rate laser systems, providing a wide pulse duration range, intuitive use, and capability of FROG trace measurements. TIPA is designed specifically for low-repetition-rate laser systems, enabling single-shot measurements and pulse-front tilt analysis.
